Join our Global Business Services team as a Data Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Commercial, Purchasing, and Reporting workstream on major projects and day-to-day tasks. Collaborate closely with the broader Commercial, Purchasing, and Reporting team to gather requirements, identify solution gaps, testing, training and build solutions perfect fit for the need.



What you'll be doing:

  • Actively participate in key projects –
  • Mercury Project – SAP S/4 HANA Rollout Project
  • DiGi POS Project – Global POS Upgrade Program
  • Strategic BI Solution – Global BI Upgrade
  • Global Article Hierarchy Rollout
  • Works with end users to assess needs, gather and define business requirements/specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive design and specification documentation for agreed requirements, guidelines, and processes.
  • Consult regularly with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions are utilized to their fullest advantage.
  • Conduct testing of solutions, report and follow up on issues.
  • Develops data outputs and supports data modelling and solution architecture tasks.
  • Conduct training sessions for reporting tools when required.
  • Manage communications of project-related tasks, including follow-ups and meetings.
  • Assist the Global Process Owner in identifying business benefits and change impacts.



To be successful you will need:

Essential:

  • Track record of driving decision-making through analysis
  • Experience interrogating raw data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Strong financial and business analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to identify and gather requirements.
  • Evidence of building effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and planning skills to meet project priorities and deadlines.


Desirable:

  • Diploma in Business Analysis or Degree qualified in Computer Science, Computer Information, Business Intelligence, or related field.
