Description:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the programs.
  • Responsible for execution of contracts with Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL) and AMMROC.
  • Implement measures as prescribed by the Lockheed Martin UAE leadership team.
  • Assist LMME office as required for business development activities.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among team members, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships to support the success of the programs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Serve as an extension of the program team and assist on the execution of program activities, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with the customer and LM Functional Teams to develop and interpret UAE F-16 sustainment requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination of new capability requirements and change/modification requirements.
  • Help Identify new requirements for the UAE customer and assist in resolving program issues.
  • This position is to assist the F-16 Sustainment Portfolio Program Director with in-country programmatic elements and partner with the UAE Program Manager to establish day to day support to the UAE stakeholders.
  • This position will be located in UAE.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with a track record of successful customer experiences.
  • Understanding of F-16 Sustainment Programs.
  • Experience in coordinating and communicating at a senior MoD, Industry level across an International environment.
  • Previous Leader experience

Desired Skills

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members toward common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with UAE government agencies and UAE industries.
  • International F-16 PM experience
  • Willing and able to integrate across multiple business units and/or with LM Aeronautics more specifically Planning to Execution for international meetings.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
