Operational Administrator - BCN

We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Administrator to work in the fast paced operational environment of Cabin Services, this role will support all of the administrative activities in Spain!
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Operational Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial administrative support to our Base Management teams, ensuring smooth operations and upholding high standards across Spanish bases. You'll have dual responsibility for both the cabin crew and pilot community, offering assistance to all members of the base team and M&A community as needed. Your duties will include providing regular reports to management, managing absence documentation in compliance with GDPR, administration tasks relating to disciplinary processes, and supporting the implementation of new functions or systems. Additionally, you'll conduct audits, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any infrastructure or service delivery issues that may arise. Promoting a self-help culture among crews, managing administrative tasks related to absences, and overseeing the storage of personal files will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll handle airside ID renewals, process base paperwork, issue employment letters and manage systems administration for crew email. Your ability to identify and address issues promptly and provide innovative solutions will be key in this role.
What You Will Need To Do The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Administrator with a strong understanding of local administrative policies and procedures, fluent in both English and Spanish. Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly within an airline environment, is essential, along with familiarity with high-volume operational businesses. Proficiency in easyJet systems and reporting packages is preferred, along with advanced IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will possess excellent numerical and communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel as needed to support country bases.
