Job Description
Create and promote a positive, effective and appropriate work environment across department and bases
Strong Inter Departmental Connect for resolving all queries on behalf of the Pilot
Review urgent Challenges, Feedbacks, Queries received from pilots and ensure appropriate closure in the shortest amount of time.
Take initiatives and organize various pilot engagement projects PAN India with the help of Fleet Supervisors
Generate report and Maintain data for Pan India work achieved through iConnect
Challenges related to Hotels and guest houses in cases of relocation
Work closely and act as a bridge with logistics in resolving short term challenges
Work closely with HR on assistance with Raksha TPA
Willing to work on 24*7 rotational Shifts
Any other duty/responsibility assigned by the reporting manager/chief pilot line operations
