Financial Controller
The Financial Controller is a pivotal role within the Finance Department, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, compliance, and control. This role collaborates closely with the Iberia Finance Director and other business management functions to provide high-quality financial support, insightful analysis, and strategic guidance.

About The Job
- Managing financial operations such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Providing strategic financial analysis and advice to senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
- Leading the financial planning and analysis function by developing and maintaining financial models and tools to support business planning and performance monitoring.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their financial needs and priorities and provide guidance and support in financial decision-making.
- Supporting the Iberia Finance Director in preparing financial presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and projects.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust financial controls and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in financial accounting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
- Transferable skills such as leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams would be beneficial.
