Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you would typically be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within an organization. Your role involves planning, executing, and managing these projects to ensure they meet their objectives on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning: You'll work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. This involves creating detailed project plans and schedules.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure projects are adequately supported and resourced.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success. This may involve contingency planning and regular risk assessments.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, executives, and other stakeholders. Keep them informed about project progress, milestones, and any issues or changes that may arise.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations or specifications. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular reviews and audits.

Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources effectively, while minimizing disruptions and maintaining project goals.

Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and track spending against budget allocations. Identify areas for cost savings or reallocation of funds as needed.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve their goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices, and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Educational Background

• B.Tech/B.E/BCA / MBA/ MCA
• Minimum 8 + Years of experience required
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in agile and/or DevOps environments.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar are a plus.
