You'll play a key role in expanding our Part 147 offerings within our aviation group while staying closely connected to our on-site Part 145 operations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the Part 147 training organisation as the Form 4 post holder.
- Regularly update and liaise with the management team through comprehensive reports.
- Certify work within our company's authorisation at both line and base levels.
- Engage with customers on-site and at remote facilities, ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to streamline business operations.
- Provide supervision to engineering and support staff when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Fulfill all Continuing Professional Development requirements as per company policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based systems is essential.
