Talent & Development Specialist (Europe)

Role Purpose

This role will assist with the design, development, and implementation of fit for purpose learning and development programs for our management and leadership teams to shape and grow our business. To ensure our current and next generation of business managers and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to drive excellence and continue to grow our talent to support the business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver/facilitate engaging and modern management/leadership learning and development programs to ensure that our teams are equipped to identify, attract, retain, and grow our most important asset – our people.
• Work with the SVP Human Resources Europe to develop a talent management development plan against the annual talent review findings/recommendations.
• Assist the Global Learning Function to build and deliver bespoke and broad reaching leadership learning and development plans.
• Work closely with the field operations and support function leadership teams, create a leadership and management learning needs analysis to determine that scale and scope of the learning & development requirements within the business.
• Collaborating with the wider global leadership development team to develop and implement companywide people development initiatives to ensure alignment between regions and successful delivery within the Europe Region

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years proven experience creating, developing, and delivering leadership development programmes at all levels.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, culture development or related roles.
• Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
