Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
Specific Accountabilities
Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
Ensure management of projects controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
Effectively apply the Amadeus project management methodology and enforces project standards
Ensure that the project is managed to budget, time and quality and that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case.Responsible for problem resolution and project success.
This job profile participate in the preparation of the following key deliverables:
Meeting management: Steering committee, Project Status meetings
Documentation: Project Management Plan including, schedule, cost, scope...
Engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Communication with stakeholders both internal and external
Project accounting: progress reports, budget management and invoicing
