Job Summary
Security and Environmental Health and Safety (S&EHS) provides quality leadership, services and solutions to safeguard people and the environment, secure and protect company information and assets and enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as the Supervisor of Personnel Security responsible for ensuring personnel security operations and activities in support of corporate, contractual, and government requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversees daily personnel security operations, including clearance processing, incoming/outgoing visitor control, termination debriefings, government personnel badging, reporting incidents and support to meetings
- Provides clear direction to personnel security staff on assignments
- Writes and implements personnel security procedures and plans
- Responds to management inquiries regarding clearance status and answers all questions
- Account manager for various government databases
- Develops skills of personnel security staff through effective training and supervision
- Assists in developing section goals and implementing them
- Actively participates on personnel security database upgrades, implementations and changes
- Provides clearance metrics to management
- Seeks opportunities to improve processes in Personnel Security, streamline processes, and work across the enterprise to implement change
- Maintains communications with government customers, and industry partners
- Assists in hiring, counseling staff and completing annual performance development plans of direct staff
- Create and provide security briefings and debriefings
What You Need to Be Successful
- Six or more years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree
- Ability to maintain security as well as confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Must communicate clearly and in a professional manner (verbal, written, presentations, etc.)
- Current TS/SCI with ability to maintain clearances/accesses
- Full understanding of the DOD and SCI clearance and visitor control process
- Must have complete knowledge of SWFT, DISS, NBIS, Talon, scattered castles, and other databases
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM and customer regulations
- Experience processing SCI nominations
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Four or more years of relevant experience with a master’s degree
- Completion of the CDSE FSO certification
- Current TS/SCI with adjudicated polygraph
- Previous management or quasi management experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
