Internship in Commercial Offer Product Portfolio (limited 6-12 months, 50-100%, all genders)

We’re on the lookout for a candidate who is well structured and shows strong analytical skills to provide support in our development and performance analysis. Tasks

Based in three LHG hubs, our team evaluates, designs and develops new and existing offer products (e.g. fare bundles or ancillaries) to offer the best possible choice for our customers.

As an intern, you'll closely collaborate with our experienced professionals to evaluate products, conduct benchmark and perform analyses to elevate the LHG offer.

• Provide support to the team in daily business operations
• Analyse and assess our current offer/product portfolio
• Develop and execute product performance analysis
• Create standard reporting for offer products and defined KPIs
• Create presentations showcasing analysis and outcomes of competitor benchmark
• Actively engage in functional projects, contributing fresh perspectives
• Prepare ad-hoc presentations covering a wide range of subjects
• Participate in the scheduling and coordination of meetings
• Assist in diverse ad-hoc administrative based tasks

Requirements

• Workload Specification: For this position, an 50% workload is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or related discipline
• English language skills (written and spoken)
• Interest in working within an analytical, number & data driven context
• Excellent presentation skills; you should enjoy compiling and summarizing key findings of analyses
• A can-do and proactive mindset with sense of initiative, curious with desire to learn
• Self-motivated with ability to think and work independently on assigned tasks
• Focused and structured: you like to get things done in an efficient manner
• Team-player with strong social skills who appreciates open communication
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), other statistical software for analysis of data is an added bonus
