Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Senior Adviser

Location: Scotstoun, Govan – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum – dependent on skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • In conjunction with Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing, develop & deliver workplace wellbeing strategies to address risk areas
  • Measure employee wellbeing and evaluate workplace wellbeing programs and initiatives
  • Undertake reporting to senior leaders and boards on strategy progress and any risk areas
  • Communicate about wellbeing with employees and develop promotional campaigns
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, departments such as internal communications, and external providers
  • Organise wellbeing events and may facilitate wellbeing information sessions or support external speakers

Essential

Your skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable knowledge in practice of working in industrial manufacturing promoting health and wellbeing as part of the role in the workplace
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence at senior level
  • Project management background

Desirable

  • Typically holds a minimum of three years experience a similar role
  • Has a positive and can-do attitude with the ability to work as a team and using own initiative

The Health And Wellbeing Team

As a health and wellbeing senior advisor you will be working alongside a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to develop and manage a wellbeing support model. This is a new and exciting opportunity for motivated individual with a background in developing and managing health and wellbeing programmes. You will help in the improvement of organisational health and wellbeing literacy through learning and training programmes as well as measuring employee wellbeing and evaluating workplace wellbeing programs and initiatives.
