Internal Communications Coordinator (12-month FTC)

Role Purpose

Menzies Aviation has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join the team for a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Communications Manager to plan and roll out a new employee communications platform.

You will be part of the communications team, which is responsible for internal and external communications and brand.

What You Will Be Doing

• Researching and creating engaging written and multimedia content
• Engaging operational teams to understand and identify their local requirements; plan and execute rollout of the app, including communication plans, supporting materials and incentives
• Working with internal teams to create processes, identify issues and capture feedback
• Establishing a network of communication champions
• Measuring agreed KPIs and driving improvements throughout the rollout process

What We Are Looking For

• Internal communications experience, in-house or client-side agency, preferably B2B environment
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, additional language knowledge is a bonus
• Content creation - ability to write for a range of internal audiences and voices
• Content management systems, including SharePoint, intranets or employee apps
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse range of competing priorities
• Comfortable working with international colleagues across multiple time zones
• Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, basic Adobe InDesign is a plus
• Degree-educated (or equivalent), preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related discipline
