Passenger Service Duty Manager

Role Purpose

The role is responsible to support in the planning, direction, and coordination of all operational activities to ensure exceptional customer service and on time assistance to all passengers. Furthermore, the role requires monitoring the lounge operations as per the departmental /client airline's standard operating procedures

What You Will Be Doing

• Support in operational and administrational activities and analyze irregularities to ensure comprehensive and appropriate resolution for improving performance, policies, and programs
• Ensure to collect and process budgetary information for controlling expenses, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLA) for all operational areas catering to operational variations, coordinate with shift supervisor for allocation of required resources
• Monitor and control planning of duty allocations and functions and other related aspects in the shifts
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, strategic accounts, business partners, official entities, and ensure superior customer service
• Ensure analysis and timely submission of required reports, as well as communications and documents as required

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors' degree required or related filed
• Minimum 5-7 years of airport operations/lounge operations
• Knowledge of lounge & hospitality, food safety and standards
• Excellent knowledge of aviation industry rules and regulations, passenger handling operations and procedures, DCS and airlines contract management and local regulations
• Language Skills: Knowledge of oral and written English and local language as indicated.
