Role Purpose

The role is responsible to guide the team to ensure exceptional customer service and cargo delivery to clients. Furthermore, the role requires supervising the operations in relation with import, export, warehouse, claims, bonded and other cargo services as per the departmental standard operating procedures following QHSE norms & standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identifies areas of raising efficiency and effectiveness and recommend suggestions for improving performance, policies, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLA) for all operational areas for catering to operational variations.
• Ensure personal grooming, hygiene standards & PPE for the team as per company's standard at all time.
• Responsible for assigning and scheduling duties for all team members and monitor staff attendance, break-time and shift schedules.
• Ensure completion of clearance activities and documentation
• Assign and allocate duty to team as per operational requirements which includes raising bill of entry, customs processes, duty payments, cash delivery processes, gate pass processes, etc.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors' degree required or related filed
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of airline air cargo operations and procedures
• Customer service orientation and punctuality
• Language Skills: Knowledge of oral & written English and local language as indicated.
