Key Responsibilities
- Help coodinate DT Talent Pipeline Program initiatives, duties include event planning
- This senior coordinator is passionate about day-to-day management of campus recruiting and participant experience for our Digital Technology team’s internship program and early career rotational program
- Serve as contact person and coordinator for program participants and technology people leaders
- Draft emails and slides to communicate program details and next steps to candidates, program participants, and managers
- Assist with recruiting and career fair coordination, as well as candidate assessment (resume review, interview coordination, collecting leader feedback, etc.)
- Help ensure candidates progress through recruiting process equitably, quickly, and without roadblocks
- Ensure successful operation of the talent pipeline programs, including effective onboarding programs and assignment rotations, working with HR as needed
- Coordinate various components of the pipeline programs to ensure a consistent experience among participants
- Provide regular project status updates with accompanying reports that include analytics and success metrics on the impact of early-career programs
- Assist with the identification of potential improvement opportunities and support program management of specific initiatives
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Internship level to 1 year experience with event planning or data analytics
- Proven strong academic performance
- Ability to supervise and ensure accuracy of detailed, complex programs
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- 2+ years supporting complex projects/programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
