Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with Airside Customers on a regular face to face basis.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Perform customer verifications.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Manage administration.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Ability to obtain required security clearance & AVOP(Airside Vehicle Operators Permit)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of HACCP
  • Upholds company policies and safety standards.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in Final Assembly and/or Customer Service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen and commissary procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written), who demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and works well in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently, organizes work to ensure full proficiency and productivity is achieved
  • Ability to handle high volume of work and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, honesty and mutual respect.
  • Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and kitchen and commissary procedures, some lifting and carrying (approx. 15lbs) is required.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts as per customer's requirement and collective bargaining agreement.
  • Must be able to obtain required security clearance and AVOP from CSIS AND GTAA.
  • Must be in possession of a valid driver's license and a recent driver abstract.
  • Must have a discipline free and excellent attendance record at the time of application.

Working Conditions:

  • Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noises
  • This is a physically demanding position- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
