The department SWISS Baggage Competence Center consists of 6 employees. The team represents our airline by answering inquires about mishandled baggage submitted by customers worldwide.

Tasks
Your tasks consist of research and the final written response to customer inquiries. With the worldwide tracing system you search for the customer’s luggage. If not located, you will take care of the settlement. In addition our department support Customer Services in view of baggage inquiries.

- Customer service in connection with baggage incidents in writing in German, English
- Tracing of missing baggage
- Contact passenger for further details / explanation of the further tracing process
- Provide assistance to customer feedback services with dealing of special cases
