What are we offering?

We are offering a 6 -12 month Operational Risk Analyst and System Support position on a Fixed Term Contract (with the option to make permanent) which will give you a fantastic insight into the inner working of our European operation and what the aviation industry can offer you in your career.

In your role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and analysis of operational risk data within the region. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise and operational risk management knowledge. You will be involved in maintaining, developing and administering the systems used for collecting, storing, and analysing operational risk data, as well as providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance risk management processes.

This is a fixed term contract for 6-12 months based in Amsterdam.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for individuals who want to further their knowledge of the ground handling sector & risk management and to see the complex inner workings of an international aviation organisation. As this role will be supporting a global business, we are looking for individuals who are interested in complex operational Risk & IT projects and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.

If you are:

• Currently recently graduated an Aviation / Computer Science related degree or similar
• Interested in IT systems and analysing data
• Interested in Risk Management
• Confident in written and spoken English, other languages considered an advantage
• Passionate about aviation
• Analytical, structured, detailed orientated
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
• Profiency in data manipulation and analysis
• PC literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Power Apps, PowerBI). Any IT / business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Good with interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Committed and disciplined
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Ability to work in a team and use own initiative
