Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Entry Level Procurement Analyst (Level 1) to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities
• Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems. Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
• Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis
  
  
  

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• Experience or 1 + years of Supply Chain Experience
• Knowledge of Procurement Processes & Procedure
• 1 + years of data analysis through Excel.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience with project management
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Experience with senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
  
  
  

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $57,800- $78,200
