- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure effective management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the customer success function, implementing best practices and processes to enhance customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- Offer expert advice and consultancy to clients on aircraft management solutions, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the aviation sector and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling sales materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, enhancing the company's profile and fostering new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development strategies to senior management.
- Ensure that offers and contracts are meticulously designed to attract customers, safeguard the company's interests, and ensure a suitable financial return.
- Oversee the implementation of each contract, from signing to aircraft entry into service and beyond, ensuring clear understanding and agreement between all parties involved.
