Partnership Executive
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of partners across various industries
- Build a pipeline of partnership leads resulting in closing of commercial partnerships that will lead to new revenue streams
- Create and pitch business proposals which conceptualize, structure and define the terms of proposed partnerships, with key deliverables being presentation decks and financial projections.
- Negotiate with external partners and internal stakeholders (commercial, product, marketing) to come to a mutual agreement of the terms of the partnership.
- Lead internal workstreams to ensure timely and successful execution of partnerships.
- Track partnership performance post-launch to ensure business KPIs are met, and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness of future partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or advertising
- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in commercial partnerships, business development and project management.
- Must be a strong networker. Able to build, manage and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholder
- Able to analyze data and to recommend appropriate strategies and tactics
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional (internal) and with affiliates/partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle multi-task and have good time management skills to be able to handle projects with tight timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software
- Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus!
