Position Summary
This position reports to the Managing Director of Bases and is responsible for overseeing and managing the In-Flight Services Administration team.

Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidate's experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. The expected pay range is $49,000 - $62,000.

Position Summary
This position reports to the Managing Director of Bases and is responsible for overseeing and managing the In-Flight Services Administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and administer company policies, procedures, departmental goals, and initiatives to team.
- Manage, support, coach and evaluate the In-Flight administrative team to drive improvements in the employee experience, ensuring that FA’s are compliant with procedures and standards.
- Work closely with AFA representatives and liaise with Absence Management, Human Resources, Legal, and other internal Company divisions as necessary on employee matters and for the coordination of administrative functions.
- Assist In-Flight Administrative Team with establishing and maintaining processes and procedures; and establishing best practices.
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Managing Director and/or VP of In-Flight.
- Coach and grow leaders.
- Ensure Uniform compliance is addressed at every touch point.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in an Administrative position or related experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Able to professionally handle multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
- Work independently, but yet cohesively with others within the department, as well as other departments.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Good managerial, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Needs to be able to frequently work flexible hours.
- Ability to display good personal and working habits.
- Take initiative and has good follow-through.
- Must be able to work with all levels of personnel.
- Needs to obtain an AOA badge and Ramp License.
- Hawaiian Airlines is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT - regulation, 49 CFR part 40) and all applicants are advised that post-offer and/or pre-employment drug testing will be conducted to determine the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Opioids, PCP (Phencyclidine), and Amphetamine prior to any offer of employment or transfer into a safety-sensitive position. Failure to submit to testing or positive indications of drug use will render the applicant ineligible for employment with Hawaiian Airlines and any employment offer will be withdrawn.
