Job Description - CAM ENGINEER ( P2 Grade)
Qualification:
Should possess a Graduate Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Should have an excellent academic track record in Engineering.
Should have 3 to 8 years of 3 &5 Axis VMC machines CAM programming experience.
He should have knowledge of various manufacturing processes like Milling, Drilling, Grooving, Tapping, Threading, Laser cutting, Waterjet and Foam cutting etc.
Should be well versed with different types of cutting tools and it’s cutting parameters for various engineering and Aerospace materials.
He should be well versed with VMC machines, machine controllers, Post Processors and tool holding and clamping devices.
Should have design and development experience of various types of jigs, fixtures and bonding tools.
Should have sufficient experience on shop floor, application of various types of engineering materials in manufacturing domain.
