Lead - Visualization

Visualization Lead 

Overview 

We are looking for a visualization lead who can design and develop engaging and informative data visualizations. You will work closely with our data analysts, developers, and project managers to understand the data and the business needs, and create compelling visual stories that communicate insights and recommendations. 

Responsibilities 

• Design and develop data visualizations using various tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, etc. 

• Apply best practices and principles of data visualization, such as color, layout, interactivity, etc and maintain the dashboards to org. standards in terms of quality & branding. 

• Collaborate with data analysts to understand the data and the analysis results, and translate them into effective visualizations 

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and present the visualizations and findings 

• Manage and maintain the visualization projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, design, etc. 

• At least 10 years of experience in data visualization or related fields 

• Proficient in using various data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, etc. 

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques and methods 

• Creative and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and aesthetics 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written 

• Ability to work independently and in a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
