Order Management Specialist (based in Delhi/NCR)

Common Accountabilities

  • Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
  • Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
  • Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Contract Administration
  • Responsible for the centralisation, registration and quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.
  • Responsible for process to activate implementation and billing for all products, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinate the legal validation and Amadeus signature.
  • Update and maintain the database of contracted and implemented products per customer.
  • Activation of implementation and billing processes of all products.
  • Product Activation
  • Provide sales force with relevant order forms to activate post-cutover optional features in scope.
  • Responsible for the analysis, monitoring and release of all order forms resulting in the notification and activation of a product.
  • Assume Order Online Manager role for all products available online.
  • Update the database with contractual product information and activation.
  • Collect and update the database with Win/ Loss, whos'in charge and ad hod request.
  • Reporting tools and systems:
  • Ensure timely and accurate CRM accounts management, quality of content, report preparation by the team.
  • Monitor effectiveness of training / adoption activities carried out by team for commercial teams.
  • Oversee, monitor, report and follow up on interfacing to other systems and tools (SAP, Contract Mgmt, WOs, IRs etc. ) to ensure timely resolution / escalation.
  • Ensure all the material and documentation needed to be compliant with the sales proceess is available for the sales force.
