Supply Officer

Job Description

Position in OTOGS at Getafe plant. Place Purchase Orders according to the Purchase Request on behalf of the commodity. Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch first level of corrective and preventive actions. Manage inventory and order management expressed with the suppliers.

• Interface between procurement and production.
• Missing part follow up to coordinate necessary process (escalation)
• Analyse and launch necessary action to ensure ODD compliant with aircraft planning and manage priorities
• Collaborate with Airbus procurement to align delay with production needs
• Coordinate traceability issues.
• Manage administrative disputes
• Control and update item parameters to ensure data effectiveness in the Information Systems
• Support supplier sites intervention ( alert or coordination )
• Contribute to MPS decision process.
• Stock Management.
