📢We are recruiting for our next Airport Supervisor based in Auckland New Zeland! We are seeking energetic, conscientious and flexible candidates who are eager to learn and want to grow and develop their careers as Airport Supervisor in a different region of the business!

✍️What would be your main challenges?

• Coordinate and achieve the optimization of the operation, below and over the wing.
• Manage all activities associated with the Airport operations ensuring excellence in customer service, complying with our purpose, our standards and procedures in case of service and contingency failures.
• Carry out the coordination and management of the people under their supervision.
• Liaise with different stakeholders or third parties in order to guarantee the daily operation.
• Participate in meetings with Ground Handler and follow up on cases that arise. Maintain a
• process of agenda and continuous improvements.
• Work directly with the Airport Manager and be able to take responsibilities in his absence during business trips and / or vacations
  
  

👍What do you need to be our next Airport Supervisor?

• 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory position and in the aviation industry would be highly recommended.
• Experience in managing airport contingencies.
• Knowledge in developing standard operating procedures.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese/Spanish.
• Knowledge in the use of reservation systems and computer tools (excluding).
