The role

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, you will play a key role in ensuring the processes and procedures, as well as the tools at use, are at the standard required to meet the demands of the business. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Management of internal systems and working practices.
• Collaboration with Resource Planning team to embed best practice
• Implementation of transition plans and transformation initiatives
• Manage and drive improvement plans
• General collaboration with Insights Team
  
  

What will make you successful in the role?

To succeed in this position, you will posses the following:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, PMO or Change Management
• Experience working within a business change or resource planning role
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with change management
• Analytical thinking
• Experience of complex, multifaceted, project management
• Strong commercial awareness
