Tasks

Our focus is to maintain the airworthiness, safety and reliability of our aircraft systems and components in compliance with type certificate and regulatory requirements. We strive to deliver the highest quality and best service for a premium product in this complex and demanding environment

  • Ensuring compliance of aircraft systems and associated components with the continuing airworthiness requirements issued by TC holders and airworthiness authorities.
  • Evaluating of maintenance requirements and ICA, monitoring their implementation, and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.
  • Analysing of reliability trends and development of corrective actions.
  • Assessing and promotion of technical upgrades to improve system/component reliability and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Conducting technical investigations in the frame of the SMS.
  • Providing support for Maintenance and Flight Operations in technical issues.

Requirements

We are looking for a new colleague with a strong passion for commercial aviation, ideally someone with a few years of experience in CAMO/MRO Engineering. In addition, a high degree of personal responsibility and sense of duty are particularly important to us, as we operate in a HRO environment.

  • Higher degree in aeronautical, electrical or electronics engineering, preferably combined with an internship in CAMO/MRO Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrical power generation, communications, indicating/recording and/or connectivity systems is a strong asset
  • Coordinating and organizing multiple objectives at the same time
  • Persuasive communication skills
  • Able to always work accurately and reliably under time pressure
  • Strong analytical skills with solution- and aim-oriented thinking as well as initiative-taking acting
  • Capable to deal with rapidly changing conditions and circumstances
  • Experience on Boeing aircraft an asset
  • Willingness to be on-call at regular intervals
  • Fluency in English, German is beneficial
