Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement .
- Develop resources that support the organization to improve employee engagement and experience .
- Leading and managing focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and employee experience .
- Lead strategic research to assess levels of employee engagement/brand connection and effectiveness in coordination with People Experience Spec. and Comms .
- Provide recommendations and insights to the organization that will help improve employee experience and engagement.
- Support the communication plan of survey data results and insights to management teams .
- Hold meetings with employees and managers to understand team dynamics and needs .
- Collaborate with other COE’s to educate leaders and employees on ways to improve company culture .
- Collaborate with COE’s to increase engagement, inclusion and belonging ensuring the alignment on initiatives and strategies .
- Establish strategies to support all employee lifecycle experience, managing and coordinating projects in collaboration with respective teams and COE’s .
- Develop an external network to further knowledge and awareness of industry trends which can in turn influence and facilitate organizational change .
- Build and constantly assess the effectiveness of our DEIB educational activities to the organization to keep our leaders and workforce engaged and aligned .
- Act as a project manager for other assigned projects that support people experience objectives .
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software and project management software.
- Exceptional consulting and project management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, change management, public speaking and facilitation skills required.
- Ability to interface and influence both internal and external audiences including leaders at all levels.
