About The Role

As a key member of our team, you will take the lead in shaping Rewards solutions tailored to the evolving needs of airlines, ensuring a seamless and rewarding journey for travelers at every touchpoint. Our focus lies in enhancing airline loyalty programs, amplifying the value proposition for both airlines and their most important customers – those who demonstrated loyalty !

In this role, you will delve deep into the core of the airline loyalty business, with a specific emphasis on Rewards. We want to empower airlines with solutions that not only optimize their rewards offerings but also help build strong loyalty among travelers.

In essence, the ability for customers to use their miles motivates them to accumulate more. This desire to earn miles drives repeat bookings, which ultimately boosts revenue for the airlines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the transition plan for Rewards solutions: Amadeus Rewards solutions are undergoing renewal to bring more values to the airlines. As a Product Portfolio Manager, you'll play a significant role in executing this plan with structure.
  • Define and execute the Amadeus Rewards product roadmap: secure budget, optimise the costs, follow-up and validate the product deliveries. This includes a close follow-up of our pilot customers, who collaborate with us on product and feature launches
  • Support product sales: you will be the ‘’go-to person for Rewards product in the Airline unit. Your expertise will support sales people, including contributing to RFPs with strategic positioning, conducting customer presentations when necessary, and equipping sales for these activities.
  • Contribute to the vision & strategy of Rewards within Amadeus Nevio

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in Product Management is preferable. Experiences in product marketing, pre-sales, Solution Management will be considered.
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry, preferably with a background in the loyalty business.
  • Proficiency in effectively communicating with engineering teams and navigating through engineering organisation.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A structured mindset is essential.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
