Business Developer, Customer Service

Challenges you will work on

As a Business Developer, you will run and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects within Customer Service. Your responsibilities also entail providing valuable insights and recommendations to management while producing comprehensive business cases, plans, specifications, and communication materials relevant to our initiatives.

As a Business Developer at SAS, you will:

•    Run and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects within Customer Service 
•    Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
•    Developing comprehensive business cases, plans, specifications, and communication materials. 
•    Providing insights and recommendations to management and assist in strategic decision-making
•    Monitoring market and technological advancements to drive the ongoing modernization of SAS’ customer service offerings.
 

To be successful, we believe you should have:

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:

•    Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Engineering, or similar
•    2-4 years of project management experience
•    Proven experience from working as an analyst or similar role/positions
•    Proficient abilities in engaging and communicating with diverse stakeholders, both within the organization and externally
•    Excellent leadership skills and demonstrated leadership behavior in cross-functional teams 
•    Fluency in English, both spoken and written (any Scandinavian language is meriting) 
•    Experience in delivering with accuracy and high quality, even under time pressure and when deliveries are produced in rapid iterations
•    Good experience from leading business development and change projects

A good understanding of agile methodologies, digitalization, transformation projects, business optimization, and process mapping is advantageous.
