PURPOSE

The Personal Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to high-level executives, to enhance their productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Acting as a trusted confidant and liaison, the Personal Assistant manages a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to strategic coordination, ensuring seamless communication and organization.

By handling logistical details, managing schedules, and facilitating decision-making, the Personal Assistant enables the employer to focus on their core responsibilities and priorities, ultimately contributing to the achievement of personal and professional goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Efficiently managing appointments, meetings, and events to optimize the employer's time.
  • Communication Management: Handling correspondence and relaying messages promptly and effectively between parties.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organizing all aspects of business and personal travel, including bookings and itineraries.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including document drafting, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Information Management: Researching, compiling, and summarizing information to aid decision-making processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipating and resolving issues that may arise in daily tasks or projects.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects or events.
  • Financial Management: Assisting with expense tracking, invoicing, and budget management.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.

 

  • Ad Hoc Support: Performing miscellaneous tasks and special assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

 

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role acquired in a fast-paced multinational business environment.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
