In the role of Continuous Improvement (Safran +) Manager, you will drive organizational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to implement Lean-Sigma initiatives and improvement projects to achieve cost savings, and manage facility improvement projects. This position contributes to our vision by:


• Designing and executing comprehensive continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across all aspects of the organization.

• Leading cross-functional teams in implementing improvement projects and utilizing Lean Sigma methodologies to analyse processes, identify root cause of inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions

• Coordinating, collecting, organizing and distributing financial and project information within the Denton facility with the support of the Senior Leadership Team

• Participating in benchmarking between manufacturing plants and coordinating the activity of defining and identifying best practices to be shared with the rest of the facility

• Supporting the Safran + team on Lean and Six Sigma training activities, including the development of the training materials and facilitiation of workshops and classes

• Leading the operational risk management process for the manufacturing facility

• Overseeing facilities management, including maintenance, repair, and space planning and coordinating with external vendors as needed.

Job Requirements

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.


• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline. MBA preferred.

• Requires 3 years of Lean-Sigma related experience at least 2 years of Industrial Engineering and project management experience.

• Requires Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• Required advanced leadership skills and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Up to 15% travel may be required
