Tasks
What you’ll do:
Assist in generating engaging and relevant content for various social platforms, including but not limited posts, graphics, videos, and stories
Support planning and organization of small and medium-sized projects, as well as steer the editorial calendar
Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for new content formats that meets the brand’s needs and spark community engagement and dialogue
Assist in large productions
Conduct research on the social media trends and new technologies, as well as their potential applications in the daily business
Assist in analyzing social data to generate actionable insights that feed the content strategy and community interactions
Collaborate with project managers, content creators, performance and community managers

Requirements
What you’ll need:
Student status: Currently enrolled as a student, with prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German preferred, with an eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Social Media Proficiency: Native to the social media platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube LinkedIn, and others
Hands-On Mentality: Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks – just own it
Adaptability and Open-mindedness: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and embrace new challenges
Experience with content management systems and video/image editing software preferred
