Tasks

As a INTERN OFFICE MANAGEMENT, I am supporting the local Office Manager that things at the Digital Hangar are running smoothly. I am helping with the general operations at our local office in Frankfurt and manage all administrative things to ensure everyone feels comfortable at the Hangar.

• I will be part of the people team and act as point of contact for all topics related to our office
• I take care of our inventory and supplies, manage, check and refill it if needed
• I support our guest and access management
• I plan events, catering, networking opportunities and other activities for our colleagues from the Digital Hangar and Lufthansa Group
• I make sure our office is considered a safe space to come and work at by enforcing our office guidelines, managing the implementation of workspace regulations, and by keeping up the Hangar spirit within our holy halls

Requirements

• I have first internship or professional full-time experience
• I am able to use my strong communication skills to ensure effective, open and trusting communication
• Structured way of working, team skills and strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and O365
• I have desirable first experience in project management and use of methods
• Willingness to go the extra mile with a “doer” mentality
