We are looking for a dynamic Reward Manager to join our driven team here at easyJet! The role will lead all core compensation activities, including, but not limited, to annual salary reviews; statutory reporting, salary survey submissions, job architecture and job evaluation.

You will be the primary contact regarding compensation for Business HR and escalated queries from the HR Service Centre as well as a subject matter expert providing guidance to the payroll team, local HR teams and the HR Service Centre on key scheme rules and activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Reward Manager, you'll lead the annual salary and bonus review process, overseeing the development of salary ranges and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting and equal pay regulations. Your role will involve maintaining the integrity of our job architecture data and conducting comprehensive market insight surveys to analyse salary trends network-wide. Collaborating closely with the Business HR team, you'll provide timely advice on reward-related matters and manage the accurate completion of salary surveys. Additionally, you'll work cross-functionally with other HR teams to ensure data accuracy and integration between various IT systems e.g. HR databases, payroll records and third party systems. Handling escalated compensation queries from the HR service centre or Payroll team and organising upskilling sessions will be part of your responsibilities. You'll also play a key role in enhancing internal communications and managing reward invoicing and budgeting for pay-related providers.

What You’ll Need To Do The Role

We're seeking a Reward Manager with prior experience in a multinational business, demonstrating proactive and confident initiative alongside exceptional relationship management skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel is a must. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR frameworks and tools, with expertise in job structure, sizing, and evaluation alignment. Knowledge with Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology is advantageous. An ability to analyse and provide insights from internal and external data is essential. Experience with Workday or similar HR databases, as well as reward systems and supporting practices, is highly desirable.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 3 days per week in the office.
