Promoting & driving a positive Health & Safety Culture within the workplace and ensuring dnata’s Health & Safety Policy is implemented consistently across all 3 Divisions of the dnata UK Network. Advisors will assist in the Protection of employees and company assets while working alongside our prestigious Airline partners and customers.
Advisors will be required to complete and assist in the completion of thorough investigation of incidents & accidents, ensuring effective mitigations across the business as well as coaching, guiding peers and Management Teams. Ensuring the organisation complies with current health and safety legislation and approved codes of practice, offering and co-coordinating specialist advisory support to the frontline safety teams. Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing Health and Safety policy and practice, making recommendations and implementing new policies and procedures as required.
NEBOSH General Cert or Equivalent
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
Previous experience in similar or equivalent airport / cargo role (desirable)
Evidence of computer/systems skills (including word, excel and power-point)
Experience of report writing and presentation of management reports (desirable)
Full UK/EU driving licence
Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment
Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5 year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report
