Supply Chain Manager
*Ensure contractual expectations with suppliers
*Understand demands from customers
*Coordination of the relationship between Safran and the supplier
*Visit suppliers and at completion of each trip provide a visit report
*Continuous Improvement/Maturity of Supply Chain and Processes
*Rate Readiness baselines and actions
*Audits
*Create action plan(s) and follow-up

*Ensure adherence to Safran process
*Internal customer satisfaction
The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) follows and manages global supplier performance from business initiation to mass production. This includes but is not limited to obtain, implement, track supplier improvement plan, continuously improve in order to guarantee cost, quality, and on time delivery performance is in line with final customer expectation. Also, ensure global supplier supply chain representative improvement action cohesion.
The SCM coordinates rate readiness activities (risk analysis, baselines, run@rates, maturity and capacity audits) to secure the supplier long term industrial coherence to the customer needs, in order to secure deliveries and quality during the all program life.
The SCM supports other supply chain representative in their missions, purchasing, quality, procurement, critical care, etc.
