Component Parts Specialist (NJUS)
Purpose of Position
The Component Parts Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory, repair cycle, and purchasing of all NetJets owned component parts. The position monitors stocking levels and component inventory size to ensure NetJets owns enough components to support the fleets.

The Component Parts Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory, repair cycle, and purchasing of all NetJets owned component parts. The position monitors stocking levels and component inventory size to ensure NetJets owns enough components to support the fleets.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate visibility of all owned Components
- Monitor stocking levels for wheels, batteries, life rafts, medical kits, and other components to ensure pool size is adequate to support the fleets
- Create repair orders for owned components
- Assist Material Coordinators with repair orders
- Coordinate with Regional Component Expeditors and Material Coordinators to ensure owned assets are inducted for repair in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations to the Material Planners on the disposition of used components
- Coordinate directly with repair vendors to reduce aged repair orders
- Create and direct stock transfers of owned components between NetJets warehouses
