About The Opportunity

Jacobs’ Strategic Consulting team provides strategic advisory in all phases of the business life cycle, informed by our operational knowledge and deep functional expertise. By integrating strategic and technical expertise, we support the full spectrum of client functions from executive leadership project delivery and operations.

We are seeking an ambitious individual who has an extensive track record in Organisational Strategy & Design, a strong network and ability to grow work in capital programme markets. They will join our technical leadership group with responsibility for contributing to maintaining excellence in quality of our delivery of work and ensuring we are at the cutting edge of developments and methodology, providing technical leadership and oversight to our Strategy and Transformation practice. They will working closely with our market leads to demonstrate capability and grow opportunities.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Experienced Organisational Strategy & Design practitioner operating in the infrastructure sector on significant projects
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of experience and expertise in leading delivery within Organisational Strategy & Design
  • Has led successful bids – strategy, resourcing, solution development, commercial negotiations and delivery
  • Experience in business development, bring client relationships or new work opportunities
  • Driven by innovation and engages passionately with the digital agenda
  • Has experience of driving efficiency, effectiveness and best practice
  • Implementing Organisational Strategy & Design plans on people transition, resourcing, and change management requirements
