Based in Spokane, Washington, but consistent with our hybrid home/office work locations, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your highway/roadway design expertise learned in school working on transportation related projects. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

Here’s What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Course work related to transportation
- Knowledge of and experience using CADD/Design software (preferably Microstation/OpenRoads/InRoads)
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 1 year of previous design or intern experience.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and communication skills.
