Position Summary:

The Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition will inspire the TA team, lead by example, drive change at the right pace and ensure a performance-driven culture of accountability and collaboration at Jet Aviation.The Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition will be a world-class recruiting and talent leader with demonstrated success having built and led best-in-class recruiting teams and functions on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a highly consultative mindset, an ability to balance client demand and strategic intent and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven success leading talent acquisition preferable in a global organization
  • Minimum of 5 years of people management.  Demonstrated ability to coach, developing and empowering a talent organization with an emphasis on building a high-performance team. 
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.
  • Solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in talent acquisition.
  • Executive level presentation skills
  • Strong intuition for business and understanding of industry market trends within a highly competitive landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Jet Aviation’s priorities and future talent needs. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding to ensure a seamless, consistent, and best in class candidate experience.
  • In close partnership with HR leaders, identify mission-critical talent gaps and develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for capturing and attracting top talent across the organization, as well as specialized programs for each line of business, champion the building of talent pipelines and communities for highly critical functional areas and diverse talent pools
  • Globalize the function by scaling our strategies to support growth and develop outstanding processes to attract and retain top talent globally.
  • Lead and grow an engaged, impactful team, ensuring they deliver on commitments. 
  • Influence and drive change management processes for improvements on business results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence, and proactively incorporate them into the CoE strategies and practices.
  • Create an annual workforce capability plan to ensure the company has the commensurate talent to meet our business needs in the short and medium term.
  • Provide strategic direction and seamless execution of the company's global talent acquisition and recruitment efforts from entry level to experienced level hiring; deliver insight into general hiring trends across multiple disciplines within the marketplace.
  • Continually assess and calibrate the organizational structure to ensure the team is staffed appropriately to deliver timely and high-quality service based on individual business unit demand, strategic staffing and mapping initiatives and other situational needs and circumstances.
  • Engage and drive a best-in-class diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment strategy that embraces and expands Jet Aviation’s Talent Acquisition outreach capabilities into diverse pools of talent in the marketplace.
  • Champion formal and informal efforts to enhance the overall state of internal mobility across Jet Aviation. 
  • Improve retention and the employee experience, influence collaboration across the talent stakeholder group, and build more visibility into internal talent pools, to enhance the Jet Aviation brand internally and externally.
  • Be a Thought Leader and continually evaluate, build, develop and coach top-notch sourcing and talent acquisition professionals while fostering a recruitment culture of maximum collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback, monitor, and acknowledge the accomplishments of team and individual goals and objectives, creating a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Amplify Jet Aviation employer brand and value proposition and help position Jet Aviation as the destination of choice for top talent ranging from entry to executive levels; utilize tools and internal / external channels to create and deliver messaging, especially via mobile / social media.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment programs, systems, processes, tools and metrics to inform/improve service delivery, reporting and sound hiring decisions; keep up to date on external trends and developments in the recruiting and talent industry and champion adoption and implementation of innovative and cutting-edge processes and tools.
  • Within financial parameters, evaluate and manage the talent acquisition budget and operating plan on annual and real-time basis.
  • Provide expertise identifying, evaluating/presenting, and negotiating, any 3rd party vendors utilized to improve recruitment efforts.

  • Ability to collaborate with geographically matrixed HR partners across international territories, basic experience with the international landscape and awareness of cultural nuances and legislation.
  • Highly execution and solutions-oriented; able to align resources and teams to convey a strong vision with clarity and purpose.

 

Compensation Data 

The baseline range will be as follows: $195,725-$210,725 per year
