Fleet Maintenance Director (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

This role provides leadership for the strategic maintenance personnel, setting departmental priorities to best utilize resources. Maintaining relationships with OEM and is the point of contact for strategic technical resources for assigned OEM.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategic maintenance for the assigned OEM including fleet programs and reliability.
  • Ensures the NetJets fleet is maintained to uncompromising Safety standards at all times
  • Partnering with key department stake holders to ensure exceptional fleet performance, including acting as the key maintenance representative
  • Works closely with GAM and Procurement on OEM relationships while being the primary OEM contact in the Maintenance department

Education

Associate's in Aviation Management or Aeronautics

Certifications and Licenses

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P)

8-10 years of experience
