ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:  

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Lifecycle Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the product practice for the company, overseeing the product development lifecycle process, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Drive the Product Practice: 
  • Lead and champion the product practice for the company, establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 
  1. Oversee Product Development Lifecycle Process: 
  • Promote adherence to the product development lifecycle process by relevant stakeholders across different departments. 
  • Collaborate with organizations involved in product development activities, fostering alignment and collaboration. 
  1. Roadmap Alignment and Performance Scoring: 
  • Align all organizations on roadmap target setting and establish performance scoring mechanisms to track progress effectively. 
  1. Process, Framework, and Tools Development & Implementation: 
  • Set up processes, frameworks, and lead implementation of tools to ideate, measure, and track product roadmaps and product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 
  1. Collaboration with Wider Teams: 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-related matters, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. 
  1. Support Product Business Cases Preparation: 
  • Assist in the preparation of product business cases for investment funds requests, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making. 
  1. Continuous Improvement: 
  • Propose improvements to the product lifecycle process in collaboration with product stakeholders, including product managers, developers, engineers, finance, delivery, operations, etc., ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. 

 

-Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.

-Proven experience in product management, with a focus on product lifecycle process and practice management. 

-Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices. 

-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

-Familiarity with DevOps ways of working and Agile methodologies. 

-Experience in developing and implementing processes, frameworks, and tools to optimize product lifecycle management. 

-Project management: Managing and coordinating performance improvement projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. 

-Change Management: Ability to navigate and lead through organizational change, including assessing the impact on performance and implementing strategies to manage change effectively. 

-Work experience with AHA! platform (nice to have)
