Start (or continue) your career with a team that seeks out the most challenging projects and inspires innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.  You’ll work side-by-side with the best aviation planners, engineers, and construction managers in the business – performing work for our military clients around the world. Jacob’s hybrid work model allows for you to maximize your work-life balance while enabling you to benefit from the in-person collaboration that comes from working as part of a team on complex solutions for some of our nation’s most critical aviation infrastructure.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with designers and engineers to produce engineering drawings
  • Make drawing edits based on redline markups
  • Utilize collaboration software such as Projectwise
  • Learn and apply company and client design standards
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple teams


Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Associates Degree in Computer-Aided Design or Drafting
  • Experience using computer-aided design software
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work products
  • A focus on client service and satisfaction
  • United States Citizenship


Ideally You’ll Also Have  

  • A passion for aviation
  • Experience using collaboration software such as Projectwise
  • Unified Facility Criteria and Unified Facility Guide Specification experience
  • Familiarity or experience with design and analysis software such as SKM, AGi32, Revit, and ArcGIS
