We are currently on the lookout for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team in either the UK or Ireland. This is a 12 month contract with the potential of conversion to permanent depending on business needs.
The successful candidate can expect to:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner is set to become a pivotal force in our company’s drive for excellence. This dynamic role is designed to meet the robust demands of the growing Production Maintenance (PM) sector, ensuring rapid, efficient, and cost-effective recruitment solutions that power the core of our business operations.
In this role, you will harness your expertise to strategically partner with hiring managers, orchestrating the full life cycle of recruitment from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include the proactive sourcing of top-tier candidates, conducting incisive screening and interviews, crafting compelling offers, and maintaining engaging communication with candidates throughout the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and fellow recruiters to ensure a cohesive and effective Talent Acquisition process.
- Serve as a strategic adviser within the Talent Acquisition function, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies for all roles in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- Use data extensively to both communicate with the business and to help make decisions
- Lead the recruitment drive by setting clear goals and maintaining accountability, ensuring timely and successful delivery of recruitment commitments to the business as well as to both internal and external candidates.
- Maintain stringent adherence to recruitment and hiring practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards set by local government bodies.
- Engage in additional Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed, particularly those that enhance the recruitment and retention of top talent.

What you need to succeed?
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of fulfilling the role of a Recruiter/Talent Advisor
- Strong sourcing skills (social networking, referrals, database mining, etc.)
- Experience qualifying and cultivating passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation with 10,000+ employees
- Experience recruiting in the manufacturing, automotive or aerospace industry
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)
