Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor the execution of the required training program for new hired and upgraded pilots across all fleets.
- Coordinate directly with external partner training centers for the initial training requirements of each fleet and maintain a database of all training courses booked.
- Conduct regular cross checking of plotted initial and upgrade trainings.
- Closely coordinate with the following:
- HR for the final list of candidate/s to be hired and planned for the initial training as well as monitor the execution of the onboarding of new pilots.
- Training and Standards Management Pilots and Training Crew Planners for the training plan.
- Flight Operations Admin and Welfare Team for the onward planning of Cadets’ initial training with Cebu Pacific or Cebgo.
- Provide reports such as TRI/TRE/DCA expiries, ALC expiries and completion, Initial Trainees training progress, simulator utilization, among others to the Training & Standards Management.
- Ensure that the list of new trainees is sent to the Crew Planners under the Crewing Department for information and reference purposes.
- Ensure that all changes in the simulator slots/sessions are reflected in the trainees’ respective rosters.
- Attend coordination meetings as may be required by the Group Director-Training and Standards.
- Develop or improve the current training administrative processes as necessary.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AIMS.
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the Group Director-Training and Standards, Manager-Training Administration and/or Training Management Pilots
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
