Manager / Assistant Manager, Business Continuity Planning
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring CAG’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, enhancing the organization’s operational resilience. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in working in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders.
In the course of work, you are expected to strategize and develop a framework to enhance the organization’s operational resilience; oversee the development, validation and refinement of business continuity plans, lead and monitor emergency response; work with airport stakeholders and government agencies to ensure full integration and understanding of CAG’s plans; plan and monitor the conduct of exercises with the aim of validating the various emergency and business continuity plans; represent CAG at various Emergency Exercises organised by different stakeholders; develop and maintain a framework to train and familiarize the staff with the emergency response and business continuity plans; oversee and maintain the crisis management facilities.
As the job is highly dynamic and challenging, you will need to excel in all areas of crisis management and business continuity planning. You should have extensive knowledge or working experience in business continuity, crisis management and emergency planning in a large organization.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in crisis management and/or business continuity planning
- Good inter-personal skills to manage key stakeholders, including regulators and other government bodies, in the airport community
- Self-motivated and independent with strong ability to multi-task and learn
